Japan-Based Partner Formation
Operations partner, cultural and community liaison, legal and accounting support, real estate sourcing support, renovation advisor, and hospitality expertise.
First Region Selection
Shortlist regions based on access, community fit, tourism potential, local support, property availability, and operational practicality.
First Property Candidate
Review ownership, legal structure, inspection needs, renovation cost, lodging pathway, insurance, utilities, access, and caretaker availability.
Pilot Property Restoration
Restore one carefully selected home, create the digital guidebook, finalize guest standards, confirm emergency process, and prepare soft-launch operations.
Soft Launch
Welcome a limited number of vetted guests, collect feedback, test operations, and refine the guest process.
Careful Expansion
Only consider additional homes after the pilot property proves the operational, financial, and community model.
