All early conversations with Hikari Stays are treated as private. The name, involvement, or content of conversations with any potential partner, advisor, connector, or interested party will not be disclosed to any third party in any form without explicit written permission.
Public Announcements
No involvement, partnership, or collaboration will be publicly announced without the explicit agreement of all parties involved. Exploring the concept at an early stage does not imply any public commitment.
Information Hikari Stays Shares
Concept materials, briefs, and internal documents shared by Hikari Stays with potential partners are expected to be treated as confidential. Please do not forward, reproduce, or publish these materials without written permission.
Formal NDA
If conversations progress to substantive discussions, we may propose a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA). No such formal agreement is required at the initial exploration stage.
